This recipe includes some of my favorite cancer-fighting ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 avocado (or you can use a banana)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Blend to desired consistency, sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy! 🙂
