Instructions: Use a blender! Super easy!
Toss in:
- 1 cup spinach
- Handful of kale
- 1 avocado or banana
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- Ginger root (size of thumb)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!
